Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and account reconciliations.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Create and process invoices for clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable.
• Process transactions and salary disbursements via cash and bank.
• Track and categorize expenses, monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budget analyses, generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, prepare and submit tax returns promptly, overall tax management, and stay updated on tax regulations and changes.
• Liaise with the Admin department and vendors for various financial activities.
• Support in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
• Manage and record inter-company transactions accurately, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
